Overall happy with the vehicle, however as it is a WAV (wheelchair accessible vehicle) one of the things it had in it was a winch to aid loading and unloading of the wheelchair. On inspection of the vehicle after travelling 150 miles to see it l found it wasn’t working. I was told “It doesn’t matter that it doesn’t work as we didn’t list it as having a winch”. This is true, they didn’t list it in writing but it was clearly visible in many pictures. I could have also been informed of this before travelling to view/purchase. To improve customer satisfaction (especially when selling WAV’s as this can be an essential feature) list it as not working or advise on initial contact. I was also informed that if it was working the vehicle would be worth more money. As this took me around 30 minutes to fix with no parts required, if the dealer had fixed it, I would have had a better experience and they could have earned more money!

Excellent dealership. Staff wasn’t pushy and let me look at cars in my own time, answered all the questions I had as I’d never bought a car from a dealership before. Was patient with me as I am on crutches so does take me a while to sort myself out. Excellent service really couldn’t fault the service I received! Family run and personable at a great price!

Had a great experience buying a Discovery Sport from Chaz. They're a family run business so there's none of that pushy salesman attitude, they're all friendly and personable. Chaz let me test drive and inspect the car at my own pace and even sorted me out with a good warranty. Cannot recommend them enough
